So I got the couch, half of it at least.
I feel like I got myself into the situation. All I can say is Buyer Beware.
So in person Matt had said that if I wasn’t satisfied that he would refund my money for this. Now that I’m not satisfied because half the couch would not fit into my apartment, he is telling me that he never said that. So I promise you I’m not lying, but if you deal with him GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. He’s going to send someone out to take it apart. and get it inside my apartment at his cost, which is reasonable.
I would not recommend this establishment to anyone I liked, however the couch seems like quality furniture.
Also this used to be House of Sofas, please look up their reviews before shopping here because I didn’t.
