I’ve been a policyholder of AAA for the better part of 10 years. Never a claim, I have needed assistance once in a while with payments and address updates. Used their road service once. I moved recently, and had to drop the renter’s insurance. Suddenly nobody wants to talk to me, or wait on me. My rep won’t answer my emails or calls. Finally had to walk in, and a secretary had to update my account, as the insurance reps refused to wait on me. I think AAA has gotten too big for their own good, and really don’t care about their policyholders anymore. Then they had the gall to call me at home, asking about my experience! When I told the person, they hung up on me! See if I go back to these people!
