My laser hair removal experience at Advanced Esthetics was easy, fast, and painless :) I have previously tried laser hair removal at a different facility out of town and could only complete 3 out of 6 treatments because they were so painful. Years later I decided to muster up courage to try again because I am so tired of shaving! Advanced Esthetics uses a different laser than I’ve had before. It completely numbs you because of the cool/​cold plating it has. So once you are numb, they will zap the laser so you don’t feel anything! I highly recommend this for anyone with low tolerance pain or just fears about laser hair removal in general. I’m so glad I found a laser hair removal place that is close by, with friendly/​educated staff, and a painless laser!

I just had a brow and lip wax at Advanced Esthetics. I unfortunately didn’t get the name of the lady who did it, but she was great! The staff are very professional and kind, and it was over within a few minutes. I will definitely be coming back :)

Convenient online scheduling. Excellent customer service. Timely service. (I’ve never waited more than 3 minutes beyond my appointed time.) I’ve been going here for about two years for laser hair removal. I started with a Groupon for chin and upper lip and have continued with a laser leg hair removal (knee down).
I have dark black coarse hair. This was my second experience with laser hair removal. The first was at a large salon. I’m sad to say, that hair grew back at the same thickness within six months.
In comparison, my experience at Advanced Eshetics has been excellent. The treatment is effective (not very much regrowth and what has grown back is significantly lighter). But really where they shine is with customer service.
Donna (the owner) is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clear about results. She’ll be honest with you about what you can or cannot expect. She is also really passionate about what she does and making sure that her staff operates with integrity.
The up-​selling, offered as «suggestions» for products I might like, is not bad. And I have no idea if this is normal for the industry? Clearly Donna stands behind what she sells, sends me home with samples, etc. and NEVER makes me feel uncomfortable about my choosing not purchase an «extra.»

I wanted to make sure I updated this review. I haven’t been back however Donna, the owner contacted me. She apologized for my experience and offered to give us another service to make up for it. I can see that she is very passionate about her business and cares very much about her clients. I highly doubt I will go back but I doubt I’ll be doing any waxing period.

I’ve only had the Laser Hair removal and they are great! Had success with my bikini line and now on my underarm.

Advanced Esthetics provided a wonderful experience. The person who checked me in was very friendly. I felt bad because I was late but they didn’t seem to mind. Kimberly performed a great service and gave me a wonderful discount. I told her I had a group on but even as I was saying that I realized I didn’t actually purchase the group on. I was nervous about the procedure but all seems well.

I have gotten laser hair removal, facials and jet peels and I’m very happy with all of the results. Donna did a great job of explaining processes and setting expectations which was helpful because I had never done laser hair removal or a jet peel. She’s wonderful about making recommendations for a personalized skin care plan too. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. Now I have some friends hooked too.

I’ve only gotten a few brazillians in my life (and all of them at one place), so I can’t claim to know it all. But I do know I definitely enjoyed talking to Donna and learning about waxing etc. during the session. She uses both soft and hard wax, and the hard wax DEF made a difference. I’m usually very irritated for a day or two post-​brazillian, but it didn’t happen this time. So thank you Advanced Esthetics!

I started going to here for laser hair removal because of a Groupon. Now I have to admit that I am a big fan.
Although I have never used their other services as I have to admit there are a large variety. In addition to the variety of services they offer I also love the customer service they provide. All of the Esthetics Specialist’s I met were friendly and willing to answer any questions. I personally worked with Donna for all 6 of my treatments and she always remembered to ask how everything went and if I had any problems. This constant follow-​up was both and encouraging and comforting.
Along with in-​person customer service their scheduling is also super convenient. You can either call or create an online account and schedule it all out. The system they use for the online scheduling was a bit confusing at first (which is why I docked them 1 star) but after I got it all worked out I was able to schedule everything and than put reminders in my Google Calendar. Even though I scheduled online I was sent a confirmation e-​mail and called on the phone to make sure I did not miss my appointment. This is helpful since you end up scheduling appointments 6 weeks in advance. Plus, even though I was late twice they never were mean or judgmental about my tardiness.
Lastly, Advance Esthetics has beverages and candies for patrons. This means that if you ever do get stuck waiting these are and added perk plus who doesn’t want a chocolate after being beautified?

I went in for a peel with Kerry. I was a little apprehensive because it was my first peel and I have heard some horror stories. It turned out great! It didn’t irritate my skin at all and my face looked refreshed afterward. I will be going back.

I went to Advanced Esthetics after buying a Living Social Coupon for a bikini wax. I had a great experience — the staff was super friendly and the place was very nice and relaxing. Donna was great and explained the products that she used and chatted throughout. It didn’t hurt too much and she did a really thorough job. I’ll definitely go back.

today was my first brazilian and it was fabulous. donna is extremely nice and gentle. she knows what she’s doing and it didn’t even hurt. i heard a lot of stories from friends of how horrible an experience it is, but this had none of that. donna is fast, clean and definitely an expert. i was very scared about getting a brazilian — so much that i brought a bunch of advils just in case — and i didnt need any of it. go to her and you will be in very good hands. i already booked my next appointment!
