I called them after I saw their ad in the phone book for home improvement. We wanted a half bath installed in our basement. They came out same day on Wednesday12/​30/​15. Guy who came said I would get the quote via email next day and follow up with a phone call to make sure I got it. I told him I would like it right away as we wanted to get someone hired by that Sunday.
Its now 1÷5÷16 and NO EMAIL with a price AND no phone call! Obviously we hired someone else. Why bother coming to my home and wasting my time!!! WILL NEVER CALL OR HIRE THESE GUYS EVER…

I hired them for an entire season of snow removal, over $ 500. We would have a snowfall on one day, and at the end of the next day they still had not plowed the driveway. When I called them to ask what was going on, they’d either act like I was crazy («I’m pretty sure we did that driveway») or talk about how there’s a lot of snow in Michigan, that’s just how it is. Sadly, I am not a shut-​in who can just skip work for a week waiting for them to do their job. One time, the guy literally forgot to bring a snow shovel and had to ask if we had one. (Of course we do, it’s Michigan!) Another time a guy literally slammed his truck into our garage and retaining wall. When I started asking for a partial refund, they went from passive-​aggressive to hostile and rude. The worst company I ever dealt with in Ann Arbor, and I have Comcast.
