Angellena Adams

I have been going to Angellena for my haircuts for 3 years and I’ve been very happy! She’s so detail oriented and cares very much that you walk out of her salon with the best possible haircut. I highly recommend her.

I can’t say enough nice things about Angellena and her services at Sola Salon & Spa in Arbor Hills.
I’ve been seeing her for almost two years and refuse to let anyone else cut, color or style my hair.
She’s patient, friendly, she listens, she’s reasonably priced and she does an amazing job. I’ve even gone to her two hours before needing a quick blow-​out for dinner or an event and she accommodated and made my hair look awesome. She has also given me great advice and styling tips as well as recommending products that won’t break my wallet. She’s just wonderful!

I’ve been seeing Angel on and off for the past 5 years. Does amazing job with cut, color, and highlights. I’ve gone from extreme platinum to rich brunette. Often letting her do what she thinks would be a good look, and never disappointed. I’ve moved out of state a few years ago but make a point to make an appointment with her every time i come back into town. I wish LA had someone with these kind of skills.

I’m so happy Angellena decided to start up her own studio in the Sola Salons at Arbor Hills!
I was a client of hers for 2 years while she worked at a popular salon (you can probably guess which) at Briarwood Mall. When she told me she was «going solo» I decided to follow her to her new studio because she always gives me a great cut (I have long, thick wavy red hair which can be a challenge) and blow-​out.
Angellena is very personable, friendly, and focussed on making her customer happy — I’m always pleased when she lets me know she will change or fix any styling she’s done post-​cut because she means it!
Her studio at Sola is MUCH better than «that last place she was at.» It’s comfortable and she has a good selection of products to buy, and accepts credit cards using SquareSpace.
I can’t stress enough the compliments I get on my hair after Angellena has styled it — she says I have mermaid hair but if it wasn’t for her I’d have sea witch hair (yes, that’s a Little Mermaid reference)!
