I have purchased flooring from this company for the last 5.5 years and always have not only been extremely satisfied with their professionalism, products, installation, and customer service, but their integrity as a company. They stand behind every product they sell, even if the manufacturer doesn’t.
Do not hesitate to purchase from this company. My last purchase was flooring for my whole house this year. It looks beautiful!

We had a fairly large flooring job (kitchen, entry, half bath, and master bath) and we went to 3 different flooring stores around town. At first I was a bit put off by having to pay a $ 50 deposit to take home samples since I had never had to do that before. In spite of that, we decided to get an estimate from them. We had a bit of a time crunch because we wanted to order the floor before we left on vacation in a few days. Cerisse came out promptly and then returned to double check some complicated parts of the job. She sent me the estimate before we left and it was lower than another estimate that we received. It was also a more thorough estimate so I felt that I knew exactly what I was getting for the quoted price.
When our materials arrived, they scheduled 3 days for the installation. Bob the installer did a great job. He was careful with my home and cleaned up at the end of each day. A couple of the grout lines weren’t quite right and they came back and repaired them.
