Arbor Insulation

We had arbor insulation install multiple insulation services for our home including blow in insulation to the attic and spray foam insulation in the basement. The work was extremely sloppy, and we had spray foam in the basement carpet, smeared onto door handles and splattered onto my tools and onto visible portions of the basement walls/​ceiling. In addition, they incorrectly installed an attic door insulated cover. Most significantly, they did some minor damage to my concrete driveway.
I complained about the sloppy work, and subsequently didn’t hear from them at all for more than 3 months, at which point I received a bill. I dealt with Rob Patterson, who agreed to give me a break on the bill due to there major delay in getting back to me. However, he refused to even apologize or address any of my concerns regarding the sloppy work.
