I am not sure why this store has such low reviews because I went there yesterday and received the BEST customer service I have ever received from AT&T! The employees were super friendly and the store had a great vibe. Brent M. went above and beyond to make sure that I left happy(after having a bad experience at the store on Washtenaw). He ended up saving me $ 25 on my monthly bill for the same service I already had and he made my upgrade experience seamless. I will be returning to the store on Liberty for all things AT&T.

Basically, you are treated like a customer if you are about to buy something from them, and treated as trash for everything else. I went in to get off my plan(hey, we are students and sometimes we need to leave) and ASKED about a mismatch on my last instalment payment. There was a saleswoman who literally just snapped at me the whole time. Their conclusion: there’s nothing they can do or explain to me about anything that’s on a bill, and there is NO way their bill can be wrong. Basically: we ain’t here to help, you go figure everything out yourself… There is only one reason I would ever go in and talk to these people: if I absolutely have no other choices.

This store is terrible. I’ve been waiting in front of the cash register for 10 minutes. It’s outrageous that they don’t have someone manning the register. I’m trying to give them money.

This store is under staffed and under stocked. Everytime I come in I have to wait on average more than 30 mins. Even when I made an appointment. Such a waste of my time. And it’s super annoying how they don’t have the iPhones I wanted.

My phone was stolen and I bought a basic phone temporarily… they charged me a $ 35 restocking fee despite being told that I would be an exception! I’ve been back since, and the employees are clearly out to overcharge… I asked for a basic plan, and the salesperson began selling me a MOREEXPENSIVE plan than the one I had looked at first. Really? Never going back. So glad I’m done with this place.

I had to return couple of times to get my account changed, updated and some configurations made and all my visits were dealt by one person… his name was Brian. Every time I went in, he always helped me out… working with Brian has change my view of this place. Brian is very helpful and ensures that my issue(s) is all taken care of before I leave. He spends the time to address my issues, doesn’t try to sell me UVerse… my four visits here were good visits… walked out happy — first time from this store. I just hope when I return to the store, I’ll be able to work with Brian on my issues.
