I had a great experience with Ben Torres. I asked him to use his notary public powers and witness at a document signing with my dad who is immobile because of a traumatic event and living at a rehab center. It’s not something that State Farm normally does, but Ben volunteered to do it because of the extenuating circumstances. Although I’m only a State Farm Bank customer and I’d never worked with Mr. Torres before, he was kind and happily set up an appointment to travel to the rehab center and provide his services pro bono. Thanks, Ben!
