I also purchased a Groupon for this company. I had an appointment for 1:00 today. It is now 3:00 and they have yet to show up. I have tried calling 5 times and all I have gotten is their voicemail. Needless to say I am less than satisfied. I know I will have no problem getting a refund from Groupon, but what I am more interested in knowing is how Collegiate Cleaners will remimburse me for the three hours I took off from work to be here. Not happy!!!
