Great first time there! I took my 10 month old large puppy there to see what they had to offer and they have a lot! I do agree with other people that this may not be the greatest place for dog food, for me because their hours are very limited– I didn’t even look at the prices because I am happy with my current pet food set up so I can’t comment on that. They have a good selection of grooming products, leashes, toys and treats– why we were there. All of their raw hide or similar products were of good size and made in the US from free range animals which I was a huge fan of! The prices might be a little more than at a chain pet store but not outrageously. In my opinion you pay a little more for the added quality. The owner was fantastic, she even told me flat out that one of the products I was buying would just be a waste of money for the type of dog I have– it was a dog brush, and recommended a cheaper one!
Overall if your looking for unique things I would absolutely recommend this place. We walked out with a couple raw hide sticks, bacon rolls and a toothpaste that my dog actually loved! Great experience will be back soon!

I love this store. The proprietress is wonderful, and the employees are all very helpful and polite. They carry the only wet food that my extremely picky cat will eat, and it’s not an easy brand to find. They try to carry only American made pet foods. And the store pups are adorable!

I love this place. I have been going to Dogma Catmantoo for many years to buy high quality items at great prices. I found just the warm coat for my senior toy poodle’s «fashion emergency». ;) I shopped there today and bought a sweater for my latest rescue. It’s impossible to try on such items on-​line, so I shop where my time isn’t wasted. Great foods, the best quality pet toys, bling, washable beds, and so much more. I even found the perfect «Made in the USA» car booster seat for my little «schnoodle». She loves to sit up high and look down at the world that dismissed her. And her new sweater will keep her warm on her daily walks.
My toy poodles had a pink paisley raincoat and a white & pink bathrobe. Silly? Not at all. I rescued the tiny poodles as senior survivors of puppy mills, so I had to be careful that they not get chilled or overtired, etc. hence the raincoat. The bathrobe is very practical. It helps dry the dogs as they ran around after a bath. My new rescue will no longer shiver outside now wrapped in her new hand made sweater from Ecuador. A couple of years ago I found alpaca sweaters from Peru. SO soft and warm.
The stock evolves so what becomes common and available everywhere is usually discontinued for those hard to find items that the store owner so carefully selects for us. My dogs are always rescues and usually from puppy mills. They get anything they want and lots of loving attention from everyone. I’ll be shopping there later for kitty Christmas presents. I’m so happy to have Dogma Catmantoo to brighten my day through my pets.

So disappointing!
My fiancée and I walked in here after leaving Tea Haus, and a minute into walking in, a lady on the phone (who seemed to be having an argument with the person on the other end of the line) scared the daylights out of us. As the only two people in the store besides the lady, she yelled, «I’ll help you in a minute!!!» She sounded unraveled and annoyed by us. Unimpressed by the over-​crowded and cheap-​looking items, we bolted out of there before our lazy Saturday afternoon attitudes would turn sour.
