The staff here is very friendly and efficient. I haven’t been to Domino’s in a while and this was a great way to get re-​introduced. The pizza tasted really good too; nicely seasoned. Keep up the great work!

Just bad service and wrong order. Ordered from here while staying at local hotel. Asked for plates and napkins. Was told «we ALWAYS bring plates and napkins for our hotel customers».
Order was delivered in timely manner. BUT… it was wrong. And… guess what… no plates or napkins. We called them back and they stated they realized they sent wrong item and apologized for everything. We were told our wrong item is being put to the front of the line and will be right there.
Well…just shy of ONE HOUR later we had to call them back because we still had not received the corrected item. This time we talked to a different man who said he was one of the managers. He was not nearly as nice and didn’t even offer an explanation as to why almost an hour later they still had not delivered the item. He really didn’t care at all.
Very frustrating.

I placed a carry out order on my phone and showed up maybe 5 minutes later knowing I might have to wait another 5 – 10 minutes. This is one of the busier locations I’ve been in and has the video board (and phone app alerts) telling you what is happening with your order. Well it said mine was ready and then disappeared off the board. I then asked what had happened and one employee was kinda confused but another one said he think someone took the wrong order and had already remade my order and had it in the oven. A couple minutes later he brought the pizza out and said that he had voided the payment and this one was on the house. I was going to ask for a 20 oz soda for my trouble but I’ll take the free pie and give this place 5 stars.

I ordered two medium pizza special and cinnamon sticks to go. I ran to Krogers and returned 15 minutes to pickup my order piping hot and ready to go!
My only regret is that I forgot to thank the young (African American) lady who cheerfully took and filled my order. I gave her a heads up about my plan to check into Unilocal… So she knows who she is.

After a less than satisfactory experience, the customer service at Dominos was very quick to reach out to me and amend things. I was very appreciative of that and got to try another pizza and the quality this time was much better!

Ordered for delivery, my usual mode for pizza. One cheese pizza, one wings and one meatlovers. Delivery guy was rude, meatlover’s pizza had shifted in box and was sticking to box. The cheese pizza was cold. The wings were hot and tasty — the only plus. The delivery guy should have a personality adjustment. I’ve given this place two opportunities to win my business. Wings were good but they don’t over-​shadow the poor service. IMHO don’t order for delivery!

Of the delivery pizza options to Kerrytown that aren’t insanely overpriced (your other options being Cottage Inn and Papa Johns), this one has the best ratio of affordibility to quality. Is it as good as some of the many pseudo-​gourmet pizza chains in the area? No. Should it be? No. Is it incredibly cheap? Yes. My one issue with this location is that they are a bit far to be delivering to Kerrytown. I’d rather them continue to deliver than not at all, but it does take upwards of 45 minutes sometime. That being said time estimates given on their app and on their site are usually good. I am a regular.

Dominos catered our event today at Trotter Multicultural center. The pizzas were warm, delicious, and on time! The service was great and convenient. Dominos does so much to support student organizations (DMUM) on campus and off!

I’ve ordered from here several times and never once have they messed up my order. They are usually fairly quick. It doesn’t get rated higher because it’s a chain store pizza, but the service has always been good, game time, dinner time and late night.

For a Domino’s, this location has never done us wrong, and I’m kind of sad we’re moving away from it. We using the online ordering system and we have never had to wait longer than expected and never had an incorrect order. The pizza is good and reasonably priced and the staff is polite and enthusiastic. The new store is also very nice looking on the inside. Only thing keeping me from a five star rating is that hey, it’s chain pizza, it’s not the best thing I’ve ever tasted, but it’s good for what it is.

Hadn’t ordered Domino’s in a while, thought I would give them a try after they opened their snazzy new store.
It was a case study in the value of «adult supervision».
The online ordering experience was good. The new store was kinda cool. I liked seeing my order up on the HD display on the wall. I didn’t like watching it disappear from the display as I was ignored. And the waiting 10 more minutes only to be told there was nobody in the store who knew how to make a salad. Really? You cannot make a salad?
The store was crammed with raucous young staff but nary a manager could be found. Eventually, I got the wrong salad in the wrong size with the wrong dressing. And a pizza that was whimsically cut into weirdly sized pieces.
No response to my complaint on their web page.
Avoid.

First time I ordered from here, I was trying out their smartphone app. It worked pretty neat, and we had our pizza within 30 minutes. Although it was weird that the delivery driver never rang our doorbell, but rather just knocked.
The second time we ordered, my pizza was stuck in their QA stage for over 15 minutes. About 45 minutes after we ordered, someone else’s pizza was at our door. Another 10 minutes later, the right pizza was at our door, but with the wrong receipt and amount. Pizza was cold, and manager never returned my phone call.
The pizza isn’t even very good, but they were having a 50% off special for their regrandopening and I thought it would be fast. If it’s not fast, and cheap, there’s no point.
They’ve lost my business, and I hope yours too.

Crust was airy and not the kind i ordered, cheese was spread very sporadic and barely any to begin with, it was straight nasty! Mind you I’ve had some awesome Dominos from a diff location! When i called to complain the gentleman didn’t offer to make it right!
