I do not recommend working with Elizabeth. While initially quick to enter into a working relationship (and cashing a retainer for her services), she then did not complete the project. We met once several months ago at her home office and discussed furniture choices and layouts, but that was the last time I spoke with her directly. She then let several weeks pass between her communications with us. Each time, she provided excuses for the delays. She has not responded to our requests that she either complete the work or provide a refund.

We used Elizabeth for space planning and purchased furniture through her as well.
We do not recommend her services. Her follow through was unsatisfactory. She did not return calls or emails after we began projects. Had many excuses for her delays. Over priced furniture with no recourse when wrong for space or didn’t match grouping. She said she showed us a picture so she did not take furniture back. Picked paint colors for our condo with little thought. Elizabeth is unorganized and scattered in her business. I can only be positive about space planning recommendations.
We live in Ann Arbor and I saw her ad in the Ann Arbor observer newspaper.
