Elope Michigan

I was planning to drive an hour and a half to have a small marriage ceremony and had questions to know what I was going to receive.
This business from the time I started communicating with them was very unprofessional. When I called the person I was speaking with never told me their name, neither time. During my call I was trying to figure out the services that are available for the facility, and not even attempting to answer I asked, she said in a very demeaning tone «you must have not taken a good look at our website», I said that I was unfortunately the computer I was using was a work computer and was not able to see everything on the website only a few pictures of the garden and the parlor. The pictures of the indoor and outdoor locations are very confusing because they show 8 chairs for people to sit down, but the total amount of people including the bride and groom are 8???
When calling Elope Michigan me and my fiancé were only planning to have our parents and my grandmother at the ceremony. After a bit of time discussing it more we decided to have a wedding ceremony to be able to invite all of our friends and family
I found the entire interaction with the people very improper for a company that has been around for 19 years. I say people because my phone dropped the call and I had to redial and got a different person.

My wife and I got married here a couple years back (May 2011). Just a few close family and friends and we did a simple ceremony. It is a nice venue for small weddings, and we really enjoyed having our wedding here! Karla was great and tailored things to our preferences. Highly recommend fro a small wedding or eloping!
