As a first time home buyer, Amanda made me feel comfortable with all the new paperwork, terminology, and financial responsibilities that come with home ownership. My peers warned me that the process would be painful and I’m glad to say I can’t relate. Even when the sellers (and I) made some unpredictable moves, Amanda never lost ground. I know exactly who I’ll go to for any and all mortgage needs.

My husband and I were referred by Jason Boggs of Reinhart Realty to Amanda and Tiffany. They were wonderful to work with, very efficient, and accommodating with our schedules. We had trouble with the closing dates on our house, but Amanda and Tiffany were able and willing to redo paper work and keep us informed on what steps to take to close in an efficient manner. I highly recommend this group.

I recently re-fi’d my property with Amanda at John Adams Mortgage. From beginning to end, the process was smooth, timely, and I was kept well-​informed. From the online application process, through the appraisal and closing process, Amanda and her staff were on top of things! Never once was I «in the dark» about what was going on. I highly recommend Amanda and her team at John Adams Mortgage for anyone looking to buy or re-​finance a home.

I only wish I’d have used them for my first home purchase. :)

First of all I am just wondering if the five star review was given by this companies employee. Here goes, the truth and nothing but the truth. My now Husband and I starting dealing with this company about seven months ago and I am here to advise beg and plead with anyone considering dealing with these people to RUN!!! like the wind to another company. I wish Unilocal had a negative star side so I could put John Adams Mortgage company on it. Buying a new home is always stressful but my God I swear Real Estate One and John Adams Mortgage located in the same office at the Briarwood Mall location are the more unethical than you could imagine. I Found the agent on Zillow and she steered my fiancée who was already preapproved with someone else toward John Adams in hopes of expediting the closing. We were told by the agent «her girl could get it done quicker» (lie from the pit of HELL!!!). He had excellent credit, we both have over 25 years on the job and are salaries independently are very nice. We were told by our agent the only way we would not receive our earnest money back would be if we walked away from the deal late in the game. Our loan was not approved because he could not guarantee his overtime hours would remain the same for a lifetime. WAIT WHAT??? We even had persons in HR tell us they had never heard of such and they could be sued it they signed such documents. We were like rats chasing our tails. Then apparently they told the selling agent we walked away from the deal. What a giant FLUSTERCLUCK! If the loan was not approved well okay but we want our money back. I personally have not spoken to our agent but my husband said she suggested we take them to small claims court to get our money back. The loan officer who is SO awesome! lied to us through her teeth and out of her underwear. Unprofessional, gossiping, untrustworthy, non caring, take your money and run, not interested in making a situation right but karma is MOFO. Thank you John Adams, thanks real estate one, and thank Amanda for screwing us like we are royal. I excited, I can hardly wait for Karma to meet with you. I am certain you will remember us at your meeting.

I used John Adams for my first house, and when we decided to sell and buy a different house, we went with John Adams again. Amanda has been SO awesome! Our house sale was easy, but the house we were purchasing was a hot mess… the seller had never sold a house before (it was her deceased grandfather’s house) so she didn’t know a lot about the process, and the seller’s attorney was a nightmare and ended up getting disbarred right before we were supposed to close. Through the entire ridiculous process, our loan officer Amanda was extremely helpful. I highly recommend John Adams Mortgage and especially Amanda!
