Came in to ask some minor questions about maintaining an older tub and they were not helpful. As soon as they realized I wasn’t shopping for a new one, they kept trying to walk away. Said its just old, nothing I can do, but they can schedule a service call. Why would I want to pay for a service call if there is nothing I can do, it’s just old? Not friendly in the least either.

I just bought a Hotsprings Hot tub from this company. The sales person was knowledgable, and not pushy. I had to cancel and then un-​cancel my delivery because of site problems, and they accommodated me in a very friendly manner. I would recommend this business without hesitation.
