I can say without a doubt Kevin is a highly qualified inspector. He is very good with details and has a very professional articulate report. He should be working with more commercial buildings in this city we would be safer in our work places.
I absolutely feel he is honest. I have had many issues with my location and he has proven that the building is NOT up to code with the HVAC and the clean air act.
The next time I move into a location I will call on Kevin first to make sure the building is safe. The HVAC and exhaust must be adequate for all of us to breathe clean air.

I feel he went beyond the expectations that I expected. I feel his fees are very reasonable also. His report was very complete attaching videos and clear explanations of all the many violations of my building.
I hired another inspector they gave me a two paragraph explanation, Kevin gave me a four page report with very detailed videos with no doubt about the concerns of my building.
Old buildings or moving into a new one we need to be assured of quality work has been done and ALL building are brought up to code by the Michigan Rehabilitation codes of 2013.

I believe one of the most important things you need to do when buying a house is to have it inspected by a thorough, knowledgeable, and professional inspector. After doing some research, I chose Kevin at Majestic Inspection Services. Last week, my wife and I bought the home inspected by him (built in the 1940s) and have the confidence we made a solid investment.
I called Majestic Inspection and scheduled an appointment through his secretary. Kevin arrived on time. He was clean and professional but was also willing to get dirty, inspecting the crawl spaces and foundation. He also climbed up on the roof and found a couple issues with the chimney.
All areas of concern with the home were thoroughly noted on a lengthy detailed report complete with pictures and recommendations. Most were fairly cosmetic but a couple issues allowed us to deduct some of the purchase price off the home for needed repairs. One involved damaged floor joists. The other was radon mitigation.
Kevin not only took an interest in our home value but also in my wife and I’s health and safety. We work from home so exposure to radon would be more harmful for us. He also found open electric wires in our closet that were a fire hazard.
