I wish there was an option for zero stars. Every time I go there, my order is wrong, I’m 20 min in the drive thru(and today there was no one else in line!), and I have to watch a bunch of completely inept people try to function with simple tasks. I’m boycotting the place from now on even though it’s so close to my house. This place is easily the worst in the state!

I came in on a warm day for a large smoothie. Was told the machine was off for cleaning. OVERTHEBUSYLUNCHHOUR? Are you freakin’ kidding me? Okay, it is horribly backlogged so I use the app and get BOGOQPC with extra onion and no pickles. I get home and guess what? No onions and extra pickles! I should not complain since this is not a $ 15 hipster douchebag burger! While I was waiting, many customers wondering if they were slaughtering the cows and chickens in the back! Finished my ice tea(I was dying of thirst) and got the heck out…

Ugh… slow service on a quiet Sat. sloww dining in. Bathroom smelled funny, untidy. Drink station dirty: piles of straw wrappers, trash. Ketchup only available behind the counter. No napkins. Whatever happened to FAST food. Cleanliness?

Ordered a chicken sandwich. I don’t eat mayo, so asked for no mayonnaise but bbq sauce instead. The girl said she would have to put it on the side, which was fine. Then they charged me for it. They saved money on the mayonnaise then charged me for bbq sauce. I will never go to that cheap McDonald’s again!

I don’t know what the problem was today, but I spent a half an hour in the drive-through line after pulling up to the order machine. The end result was I got a meal that wasn’t mine. I would suggest staying away from this drive-through until they get their act together.

If you like waiting 30 – 35 minutes for a coffee in the drive thru lane, this is the McDonald’s for you. If I could give it no stars I would. There is a consistent lack of customer service at this location that is quite disturbing.

My family was returning home from a family trip on 2⁄7 when we visited this mcdonalds because it we were kind of in a rush. I’m not sure what the point of going to a place like this is considering it was neither fast nor better than starving. The wait was entirely too long and while the place wasn’t that quiet(pretty packed actually) it seemed like all of the orders took forever. Couple that with the fact the food is well, mcdonalds and I was quickly wondering why exactly I was here in the first place. I would recommend going someplace else because the culture of this particular mcdonalds appears to be on slow service.

Worst McDonald’s EVER. They always seem to get my order wrong, and yesterday I ordered a grilled chicken wrap through the drive-thru. I was informed it would take a while and to go and park in the parking lot and my food was to be brought out to me. After waiting 15 minutes I went into the restaurant and they didn’t even have my order prepared(I had already paid). There was another disgruntled customer with me who had been waiting for a double cheeseburger with extra pickles for over 20 minutes and she was actually so upset that she was cancelling her order and getting her $ back. At NO point did ANYONE apologize to myself, or the other woman who’s order wasn’t ready. Instead they made US feel bad. At this point I feel as if the meals should have been complimentary, but NONE of the staff seemed to care. Sadly, I’ll likely return as this is close to my gym and I get awfully hangry after my work-outs and enjoy the McDonald’s Ranch Grilled Chicken wrap.

As far as McDonalds go, this place is. Another McDonalds. I think it’s safe to say we all know what’s on the menu. The inside is way cleaner here than it was back in the day. The staff isn’t rude. It’s pretty much what most McDonalds run like. Tried the McFish bites. This will be my go to snack here from now on when I get desperate for food while I’m driving again. Sorry, body. I will do better someday. At least it was around 250 calories and I felt full afterward. But again, this is kinda standard in ALL McDonalds.

This McDonalds is by my house, so I stop in here fairly frequently when I’m in the mood for such fare. I find the food to be fine, standard Mickey D’s but the service leaves a LOT to be desired! Numerous screw-ups with my food order. I’ve been shorted food, wrong orders, I’ve even been given someone else’s order! I’m not sure why this has happened but it’s not just at busy times but when I’ve been the only one in the drive-thru. I ALWAYS check my bag before leaving the window. On the plus side, the inside is very nicely kept clean and the décor is well-done. But all that is secondary to getting the food you’ve ordered right. I’ll probably still keep going here since it’s so close but they have some issues to work on.

After the upgrade, this place is better then new :) I love the dual drive-thru. I haven’t been inside, but I’m sure it’s still filled with U of M design! Things move quickly in the drive-thru, so it makes the meaning of ‘fast food’ worth something!

Food is standard McDonald’s fare(though the strawberry shake I got last time was too sweet). But I’m giving this place a 4-star review(instead of 3) because the drive-thru is impressively efficient! Seems well managed.

I stumbled upon this restaurant on a rainy morning before the big UM-UMass game. Being famished after a long drive in from Ontario, the sight of the golden arches was the sweetest sight that these eyes have ever seen. Let’s face it – if you’re driving through Detroit, you do not stop for any reason including hunger! In usual Ann Arbor fashion, this place showed off its support for the Maize and Blue resembling more of a UM athletics museum than a traditional McDonald’s. The food was superb for the price and the hospitality of the staff was second to none. I recommend this place for unpretentious pregame meals on football Saturdays. Visa is accepted for those of you who like collecting points.
