Évaluation du lieu : 4 Ann Arbor Charter Township, MI
This review is only for the Vinyasa yoga class taught by Kelli. If you like a more hands-off, flowing approach to yoga, this class may be for you. If you’re not familiar with a flowing style of yoga, that basically means the class is heavy on transitioning through different positions; less so on holding positions for a long time. I’m a semi-beginner to yoga, and the class was challenging but not overly-difficult. It’s hot yoga, so the room is heated with a few extra space heaters. You will surely sweat and should bring water and a towel(and maybe your own mat). If you care about aesthetics, the entrance is not much to look at, but the yoga room is pretty charmingly-decorated with paper lanterns and string lights. My reason for not giving the maximum 5 stars is basically that Kelli does not give as much feedback as far as correctly holding positions, etc., so the class may only be best for more experienced yogins. I guess I wouldn’t have minded some more feedback. However, I did enjoy the class and would recommend to those wanting to try some hot yoga.
