Paul Davis Restoration

I had a great experience with PDR last January. Our furnace went out and when a new one was installed, the warming of the house thawed a frozen pipe that had torn during the several days with minimal heat. The pipe thawed and sent water gushing into our basement two days after installing the furnace. We were SO discouraged!
Paul Davis Restoration was fast, professional, and encouraging. All of their team was outstanding and they worked really well with our home insurance. Mike Meyers was particularly great! They’re on my to-​call list the next time something goes poorly at my home.

Polar Vortex is not fun at all. But with the care and support from the staff (Malcolm Beaton), it not only solves the emergent issues. I am also so touched by the encouragement, integrity, great knowledge of the staff. I almost burst into tears as Malcolm shares his knowledge how to navigate the situation and pursue the fair and proper protection, and even teaches me how to protect and maintain ahead. It is not only a business, I am so happy with the honesty, integrity, and be fair to me as well as my neighbor. They have well educated, knowledgable, certified crew and equipped with technology device. I can say that I can’t find other technician better than Malcolm. Where can we find skilled labor with skill and integrity and real care towards his potential customer. Thank you so much,

There is nothing like having a disaster hit your home. You feel powerless and hopeless, not to mention mad and angry. This company will came in and set you mind at ease (based on previous experience and a remodel project they did). I’m grateful for people at Paul Davis and I recommend them to everyone!

I’ve had to use them twice in the past 6 months for water extraction issues and had great service both times. Everyone has been friendly (especially Amy!) and helpful and treated my home issues with urgency and care. It was expensive but I’m so happy I went with them because my carpet was saved and the customer service was worth it.
