Worst experience. The assistant Olivia forced me to finish my contract when I decided that I didn’t want the unit. She even took away the lock I purchased. Can’t get my money back whatsoever. Don’t know what is wrong with the system or the training process.

I got a really good deal for a 5×10′ unit with outdoor access compared to some other options in the area. I definitely recommend reserving online for a discount. James checked me in and was helpful and let me know if was fine to go with cheaper 3^rd party insurance. Don’t get the insurance they offer unless you want to over pay by about 50%. Otherwise great location, I’ve had my unit for about a month now and have never had any issues getting in and out quickly to pick up items.

Do not rent with them. The rent goes up randomly and pretty drastically. I rented the unit in Sept 2014 and by Feb the unit increased by $ 25. Moving everything out by the end of the month. Planned on keeping the unit for another year. Search for a storage company that does not increase the rent randomly and there are several in Ann Arbor.
