Ironic that their name is right away. I ordered a bar from Wayfair. I got a call from right away saying they were wayfair(outsourced delivery company obviously) and they said I had a 4 hour window delivery for the next day between 11a and 3pm. I took the day off of work and had a buddy come over to help me as its a 300 lb bar and I only paid for the standard delivery which is basically them dropping it off at your front door. Well 330 rolled around and I still hadn’t seen or heard from the delivery company so I called them. Yes, they’re late and yet I had to call them. You would think it would be standard practice as a courtesy to at least call the customer when your going to be late, I mean you had a 4 hour window and I have better shit to do than sit around all day waiting on your ass. So long story short, they said they were running late when I called(duh lol) but that the delivery guy would be there sometime that day. My buddy had to go to work so that left me without any help getting this heavy ass bar down into my basement so I told the lady that they were going to to take it down there for the inconvenience. She said they could do that but I would need to upgrade my delivery service, supervisor said same thing when I asked to speak with him and basically told me he wasn’t doing anything that I needed to call Wayfair directly. So I did and after much waiting and back and forth they agreed to deliver and take it down to the basement at their expense but that they couldn’t have it delivered until 2 – 3 days later because a different delivery company would need to do it. So I agree to that and about half hour later get a call from the actual delivery guy saying he’s about 30 mins away and on his way lol I told him what wayfair told me and he said ok and hung up. Next I know I get another call back from Wayfair saying if I let the delivery guy deliver it to my house that day and just leave it in my entry way that they’ll give me 100 bucks off. I said nope not good enough so they came back at 135. Again I’m pissed at this point and decided not to take the discount cuz I didn’t even want to deal with this delivery company anymore… Then the Wayfair rep tells me that it’s same company delivering tomorrow to room of my choice… Wait wtf happened to did company so I’m thinking screw right away I’m not letting Wayfair give them more money to take it down to my basement when it’s their fault to begin with. I change my mind on the 135 discount and lady puts me on hold, 10 mins later comes back and says they can’t deliver today they’re already on route to next delivery lol. So next days delivery gets set up instead and I get the 10a call that I have another 4 hour window from 12p-4p. Want to guess who still wasn’t there without even a courtesy Ima be late call the time 4pm rolled around? You guessed it right away is not so right away. So I complain like all he’ll eventually with enough moaning get a 100 $ discount for inconvenience and Wayfair basically makes right away call me to tell me the obvious that they’re running late but they tell me it won’t be for a hour and 45 mins. They didn’t show up until 6:45 so try 2 hours and 45 mins. Crew is 2 small guys who had no idea what they were doing. First they made mistake of unpacking the bar on the truck despite me telling them it would leave them more prone to damaging it and after all I’ve been thru that was the last thing I wanted. I honestly had to supervise them how to angle the bar to get it into the house and down the stairs. not nearly strong enough were just the two of them for this job. Well they scratched the shit out of the bar and did some minor damage to my walls and door frames. Worst shopping /delivery experience of my life. If I never have to deal with right-away again it will be too soon. After everything Wayfair told me they have had extreme amounts of complaints on them and that they were looking for a new delivery service to handle this area. Smart move… Pun intended!

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered an Arm Chair from Wayfair which I scheduled for delivery on March 25, 2015. My delivery window was between 1 – 5PM. The driver called me at 3:50PM and said it would be 45 minutes before he arrived. At 5PM when the driver was a no show, I called him back and he said it would 20 more minutes. I had a meeting across town at 5:30 and told the driver I could not wait any further, and that I would reschedule my delivery for another day. I called Josh shortly after and told him that the delivery driver did not meet the delivery window, and I wanted to reschedule. Josh said he would call me back once he takes a look at the schedule, but he never did. On March 26th I was notified by Wayfair that my chair was delivered. I contacted Josh at Rightaway who agreed to do some checking to verify the status of the delivery. I then called the delivery driver to confirm whether of not he delivered my chair. He did! Even after I explicitly asked him not to do so. He never even bothered to call to tell me that he delivered my chair. He delivered it to second residency, which meant that my arm chair was outside all night and most of the day while my neighbors came and went. I live in an upscale condominium, you can’t just have large boxes sitting outside for hours on end, much less overnight. From now on I will verify which shipping service is being used for my orders. I will never use Rightaway again. I plan to contact the head of their corporate office to document my situation, as well as Wayfair and BBB.

Definitely not right away! I was scheduled for delivery and told I’d get a call for a 4 hour window. Never got the call so called them. I was put on hold twice finally got an answer of — I had been rescheduled for another day. No apology just matter of fact! So maybe«someday» but definitely not«right away»!!

Terrible experience all the way around. The absolute worst delivery company that I have dealt with. No communication amongst the people that work there and was lied to regarding delivery arrangements. If a zero star rating was available, I would appropriately give them it.

My office has been using this service for years. They are prompt, professional and reliable. They offer online ordering, tracking and reports. We have usual drivers that we have come to know and rely on, and that personal service is very important. Highly recommended.
