My appointment was made for Monday instead of Tuesday. They were very nice. Checked the stock to make sure they could still do it and checked me right in. Would be 5 stars but they made the appointment for the wrong day. 2nd time here. They are always busy, but very courtious.

Great experience and fast service. Jarrod was in and out quickly. I was able to get him set up for a few minutes and then head back inside while he finished the repair. In total it was under an hour for the job. They worked with my insurance, Progressive, and I payed my deductible to Safelite directly, that’s it. I didn’t have to worry about paperwork or filing a claim with my insurance, they took care of it all. I would definitely use them again.

excellent service and extremely accommodating staff! my back hatch window broke off the hinges on my suv. the staff here found my parts immediately, drove me home when i forgot my wallet, stayed an hour plus past their normal operating business hours and fixed my window! to top it off they only charged me for the parts! awesome and trustworthy place!

I had my car’s passenger window shattered at work from a break in. Stole my wallet from an unlocked car by means of breaking a window. Crook of the year award goes to… I went to SafeLite on Monday after arranging and getting a quote online. Good price so what could be that bad? I dropped my car off before my scheduled service time and the gentleman said it would take about an hour. About 25 minutes later I get a text that it is ready so I go back, baffled at the quick service. But, they sent the text to the wrong customer and I had to watch two men behind the window chide this young man for messing up as they sat there doing nothing. After an hour my poor SUV was finally ready and I went back. All fixed, but a mixed experience.
