First off this is not a rating on the Ann Arbor store-They were always professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. The Sleep Number company though sucks. They make you wait 35 minuets or more just to get through when calling them(on 4 deterrent occasions). Matters not whether its the Det. office or the corporation number on the web site, they just don’t answer their phones. The local delivery people seem to be confused what a customer actually is. I mean how can they set up a deliver time the day before in the morning and change it to 2 weeks out later in the same day(and the bed was supposed to be in Det. last week?) Phone person said” I wondered about that! Asked to speak to a supervisor only to find none available. I will probably cancel this order and go elsewhere.

Évaluation du lieu : 1 Ann Arbor, MI
This store’s policy re: returns is antiquated & not at all customer centric. For high ticket items that impact consumers lives many high quality, high service stores will allow for even exchanges on items that have not been used. Companies who recognize that return policies can help drive brand loyalty will retain more customers in the long term. Sleep Number doesn’t allow even exchanges after 30 days. I spent well over $ 250. on items I was not able to use at my home, they had not been used at all & the store would not do an even exchange for other items, even with my original receipt, passed the 30 day period. This policy is quite outdated & not consistent with organizations that want to keep customers. They have now lost a customer for life. Importantly I will be sharing this unfortunate experience & the lack of true customer service with friends, family, colleagues, those living in Ann Arbor & elsewhere.
