This Salvation Army is a great place to donate items you no longer want or need. They have a convenient drop off with its own driveway, and staff to help you unload your vehicle. If you’re shopping for secondhand items, the store is enormous inside. You’ll have to really devote yourself to hunting through the merchandise, but I know people who’ve had it really pay off with a great buy. Although I appreciate the drop off facility, it is a bit tricky to access by car because of the odd street configuration. Sometimes there’s also a huge line up in the drop off section, but you don’t know that until you’ve pulled into the narrow driveway. Once you realize, you can’t back out or turn around. I’ve waited over 30 minutes to drop off. If you have items you can carry and it’s a busier time(such as a weekend), consider parking in the lot and carrying your donations to the drop off point by hand.
