I have(had) an exceptional doctor here! But unfortunately, they just lost a patient because of a receptionist being extremely rude for no reason at all!

When my husband needed«manual therapy» as in massage, myofascial release, etc. in addition to the usual physical therapy stabilization exercises, he was sent to PM&R. I went along on a few of his sessions, and actually it was helpful for me to learn directly from the therapist how to help my husband by running my hand along his ribs to relax the intercostal muscles. So now it’s my turn. I have an injury, and started doing my own PT routine at home.(I can get away with that because I’ve done so much PT in my life.) But Pilates and stabilization exercises weren’t enough for some reason. So after a consultation with a DO at this building, he sent me upstairs to Marta, who was able to do «manipulations» and cold laser therapy which caused much more ease in my connective tissues within only MINUTES and as a result, I’m feeling much better after the first visit. She gave me three new exercises to add to my list of «stuff that makes me feel good,» and I’m looking forward to the successive weekly visits. There will be a total of six, so I can’t wait to find out how much better I can feel. I am SO glad that I took my GP’s suggestion to see what PM&R might be able to do for me! They have free wi-fi in the waiting room.

Lots of facilities and people here to help. They do a multi-disciplinary approach that has me seeing 4 specialists at a time — Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Occupational Psych, Exercise Physiologist, plus the referring MD.
