Prompt, courteous and valued service. My garage door was wedged open due to a broken cable and spring. UpandDownDoor knew their stuff. Fixed springs, cable and adjusted my door so it runs smoothly. I was really glad I chose this company when I experienced problems with my garage door. They came out quickly and immediately assessed the problem and quoted me a price that seemed fair and reasonable. The job was completed in about a half hour’s time and my door once again works smoothly. I appreciated the courteous, straightforward, friendly service and the little extras too like getting
my lightbulbs to work again on the device and shoveling the snow around the entrance. No spin, no price gouging, just good, quick friendly service. I highly recommend!
