First off, let me start by saying that I live in a totally awesome studio apartment. I am in love with it. By far the best place I have lived, not to mention on the cheaper side. When I signed my lease last summer for 2014 – 2015, a new carpet was thrown in, and I am incredibly thankful, as its beautiful, soft, and not gross. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. I even renewed my lease for a second term. I would definitely recommend renting from Varsity

they pretty much have a monopoly on housing in the campus area of ann arbor and do very little if any maintenance on their properties. In need of some upgrades for the kind of rent they are getting.
