Chapae

Beware of defective merchandise in this store. I purchased a 170.00 skirt when I got home, I noticed that it had a manufacturing defect in the stitching that created holes at certain points. I called the manufacture of the skirt and told them about it. They told me to return it to the store and I could get a refund and the store could return it. They said they had problems with that skirt and would take care of it with Chapae’. I returned it to the store two days after purchase with all tags, and unworn. They refused to give me my money back. Said they do not give any refunds for any reason. This wan not noted on my receipt. Sales clerk was very nasty and unprofessional. If that is the policy, it should state that on the receipt. If it is the store policy and it was defective they should have refunded especially when the company said they would issue them a refund. Very bad business practices!
