The only thing that even tasted of smoke was the BBQ sauce. My husband had the ribs and thought they were all right. I ordered the three meat so we could try a few. Everything was dry. I couldn’t tell the difference between the pork and the brisket. I’ve never been to a BBQ place where the brisket was shredded. The sides I’m assuming come from a box or can they were definitely not freshly made. We would definitely not go back.

The only reason I gave them one star, the employee that served me was very friendly and did everything right. Had the three meat dinner with two sides, the spicy beans were disgusting, the green beans were good, probably the highlight of my meal, cheese jalapeño sausage was just OK, Turkey breast was a little dry but tasted good, but the brisket was absolutely horrible, extremely dry. We had a Dickeys where I’m originally from, south Louisiana, thanks for reminding me why it shut down, Dickeys BBQ is the worst I’ve ever had. Never again

Was not impressed with Dickey’s. But it was a decent sized meal. My meats in a 3 meat platter was barely warm. The brisket & pulled pork were barely warm and the Polish sausage was cold. I had the okra and green beans. The okra felt really grainy to the taste and the green beans lacked flavor. The pickels were good but the onions were dried out. Didn’t care for the sweet sauce it had a slight kick to it, but the mild sauce was decent. The dinner roll was delicious as was the sweet tea. The place was very clean and the staff was very courteous. My daughter had a similar platter as mine but she chose macaroni and cheese & coleslaw as her 2 sides and they were good.

Not a bad BBQ place. Nothing to rant and rave about as someone else has stated. But they’re a solid place that I would go to again if I’m in the area. Really nothing big to complain about and I’ve had better BBQ.

I mean it is what it is. Not really something I’d rant and rave about but loads better than any other chain in town. Got the family pack seemed like a small amount of food but we all got our fill. Quick service not a whole lot of interaction. Nice dining room.

This is one of 2 BBQ joints in Anna. Most people consider this to be the best BBQ in Anna and I have to agree. The service is consistently good. On this visit I had the brisket. It was a generous portion with a pink smoke ring and nice black crust. It could have used a little more smoke flavor but, overall it was good. I had jalapeño barbecue beans and baked potato casserole which was pretty good. If you are looking for good BBQ, great service and a friendly atmosphere this is it. Not the best out there but well worth a try!

It’s Dickeys…
Unfortunately the best BBQ in town.
Look it’s fast food BBQ and they do it very well, but it’s not the next caliber of BBQ that I would be looking at to spend my money.

I’m glad to have a Dickey’s BBQ in Anna. It’s consistent with other Dickey’s locations, which is to say pretty decent BBQ. Always clean, fine service, I’ve visited 4X, no complaints.
