Always excited to see food trucks outside the CPC campus, but $ 10 for a BBQ sandwich is ridiculous. The flavor was meh, and the sandwich overall was super greasy. Not exactly grab and go food between classes, and the price points were definitely WAY off for our crowd.
Proper signage and more variety, along with price points that are reasonable are the things that need to be worked on.

Food was good but overpriced for an area that has plenty of BBQ.
Ordered the chopped beef (brisket) sandwich ($ 8.50) and it was drenched in oil. The brisket was soft and juicy but being packed between a standard hamburger bun, it really wasn’t worth the $ 8.50. The menu says it’s about ¼ lb… Didn’t try anything else this time. The burrito sounds promising! Especially at a more reasonable price.
The menu overall is pretty simple. And for a BBQ that’s just starting off, it’s okay. Hopefully, the prices can be reconsidered and more menu items can be added.

Lynch BBQ is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend picking some up. I’ve been twice so far and it was enough to split one sandwich up among several breakfast burritos. I always get there too late to buy one of her BBQ breakfast burritos because she is sold out fast. Go check them out!
