Chris has been my go-​to lock & key fixer for a long time. He has always arrived at the time when he said he would show up, he makes good suggestions, and he does a good job with locks and keys at reasonable prices. He even installed a complicated lock (with multiple key codes available) in the church where I worship, and did it for a much lower price than another locksmith was asking.

It pays to Unilocal!!!After reading my review, Chris contacted me to apologize for his mess up and offered me a FREE service as a show of good will. With my mailbox lock having been jammed for weeks, I immediately took him up on his offer. We set another appointment with an hour window between 11am and 12pm. He arrived shortly after 11, I provided him with a replacement lock, and he immediately got to work. Within minutes, the old lock was out and the new one was in!!! Not only was this service FREE, but he also offered me another discount on an additional service.
I was particularly impressed with the fact that he didn’t just show up and immediately try to drill the old lock. He first got out his lock picking tools and attempted a less invasive procedure. I’ll definitely be using his services again and you should too!
