Burger King

I will never go back to this place, not only my chicken sandwich was missing lettuce and tomatoes the employees were rude and we’re talking bad about me in Spanish… Little do they know I am Latina and I hope they get fired!!!

Employees act like they’re just trying to get you out the door but the bad customer service wouldn’t really bother me too much if they made up for it in speed, accuracy and quality but unfortunately this is not the case. It’s not like they’re understaffed or anything they always seem to have a fair amount of people behind the counter but no one is really trying all to hard.

Don’t eat here!!! I found hair in my food every. Single. Time. Oh and the food was also ice cold. Save yourself the food poisoning and go elsewhere.

AHAHAHA, yes, I’m reviewing another Burger King: D I usually go to the Kingstowne location, as I pass by that area often; it was my first time trying out this location, though, and I was not disappointed! I’m a little shocked at the low rating of this place! BK, as everyone knows, is a chain, and offers the same menu: burgers (Whoppers), chicken/​fish sandwiches (even grilled options), chicken strips, salads, veggie burgers, breakfast items (sandwiches and hash browns), sides (onion rings and fries), and smoothies/​frappes. They have a drive-​thru, but the hubs and I opted to go inside to order in-​person. We ordered their Original Chicken Sandwich to-​go, and we were pleasantly surprised that they had a ‘2 for $ 5′ deal, mix-​and-​match — YAHOO! Since one Original Chicken sandwich runs about $ 4, this deal definitely saves you a couple of dollars: D As everyone knows, I love my fast food FRESH, meaning, ‘off the fryer!’ It’s key when you order this, as the sandwich comes out hot and fresh, and the juiciness of the chicken hits your mouth when you bite into it: P The employees on shift tonight, Ms. Kim Le and Ms. Arminda, were both so sweet and accommodating — they were on top of it, and made sure that our orders were correct and that we were satisfied! (There was also a previous customer who tried to weasel in getting a beverage without paying for it, but Ms. Kim Le, with her hawk-​eyes and attentiveness, confirmed on the receipt and nipped that in the bud — tsk tsk!). This BK is located next to a plaza (which contains Silverado); plenty of parking spaces as well.

I just have this place a last chance last night I got a craving and they disappointed again. Empty burgers customer service barely okay. I would give this place Zero if I could. I used to work at a burger king and I did the best I could not like these half working staff. It all start from the managers they probably have low standards themselves.

There is a problem with this stores drive thru — since I have been here on three occasions and had to wait at least 2 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Food was ok, service was subpar.

The employees here are so rude. Tina, one of the rude employees, talk like shit and insulting customers. Do even Burger King train employees? How people like Tina or other unkind employees run this place? I am working in customer service industry, and I usually tolerate some sort of unkindness from employee. Because I sort of understand their situation. However, it is way over the line. Don’t go to this place. Employees doesn’t care about customers. The WORST SERIVCE EVER !!!

This location is sooo gross and the people who work here are rude and lazy. When i drove up to the intercom, the guy tells me to «hold on», then after awhile takes my order. I ordered the original chicken sandwich (which looks slapped together with barely any mayo and it tasted dry) and a coke. The coke tasted like water. They obviously do not check their soda machines. The people here never say hi or thank you, just awkward lol

I only, and repeat ONLY, stop in to BK as a preventative to a hangover after a night of drinking at Cue Club. Even then, I almost always find my decision regrettable. Ordering 6 double shots of Jagermiester? Still not as bad as eating food from here. On a positive note, the old Asian lady doesn’t seem to be working the window anymore. She was rather grumpy and usually screwed my order up.
I will probably continue to come here solely out of convenience. Sometimes I’m just a glutton for punishment.

Dirty tables, dirty counter, lazy employees, lots of flies. I can only imagine what the kitchen is like. I do not have high hopes for fast food places, but doing the bare minimum of making the place look clean would be a huge step up. For instance, wipe up the spilled soda on the counter where you put my tray. Yes, there was a pool of spilled soda and the cashier put my tray in it. That is just plain lazy.
One employee was hanging out in the dining room with his broom and dustpan. Yep, there was stuff on the floor waiting to be swept up. I guess you have to take things one step at a time though. First step: muster up the courage to bring the broom into the dining area. Good job. Take a breather.

I’ve had two experiences with this BK. The first time is when we first moved here and went through the drive through, horrible experience. The had a very difficult time taking our order and getting it right.
Fast forward a few months and I am home by myself with three sick kids. I don’t want to cook dinner, let alone leave my house! So I ordered online with BK delivers. Genius. The food arrived faster than predicted and was very well packaged. It was hot and delicious. I think the fries were hotter with delivery than going through the drive through… Best of all, the delivery person was friendly. I will definitely order again through BK delivers next time I’m too lazy to leave the house.

Sometimes, I just have a hankering for BK. However, considering how bad I find most of the locations to be, it usually is practically suicide to do. However, today was one of those days, so I dragged my wife (who hates BK) and my kid to this location.
I was pleasantly surprised by this BK. First, the guy who took our order was not inept. He did get my wife’s order wrong, but we discovered it when he was reviewing our order, so it was right when it came. As usual, the food took longer than it should for a quick service restaurant.
The food was standard for BK, maybe a bit above average. However, the onion rings and my kid’s chicken nuggets were cool when they arrived. Well, I guess you can’t expect too much.
The location is bright and quite nice on a sunny day. The only problem is that this accentuates the dirtiness of the floor. The tables though were fine. However, we still snatched any food that hit touched the table out of our kid’s hands. The most interesting features where the digital menus. The were quite a sight. As opposed to McDonald’s, which is going for a more homey feel, it seems this BK is going for the futuristic look.
However, there is a certain absurdity with this BK. The banners hanging around the store showed 20-​somethings eating BK burgers off of trendy plates, with fries and onion rings in the wire cones you tend to see in a brew pub and drinking their drinks out of glass pint glasses. This begs the question: Who would actually do this? The purpose of fast food take out is to be able to eat something quickly and not get any dishes dirty. Isn’t it?
One further note, this is one of the BK locations that delivers.

The service is bad and they don’t seem to ever get the order right. They are the reason I no longer get Burger King.

Let me just start off by saying this was the worst fat food experience of my life. Haven’t eaten Burger King in over 4 years and today i got reminded why. The fries were cold, the bun was twice the size of the patty and there was so many veggies i thought i was eating a salad. The soda station was so filthy it was a joke seeing as they weren’t even that busy. No ketchup, sauces or napkins any where. I had to ask which is annoying when only the person behind the counter is occupied.
This experience sealed the deal for me to never return to another Burger King, ever. Also whoever is the manager and gm this particular location should be fired immediately. It boggles my mind how this location is still open. They have so many tables but rarely any customers.

I have been to this Burger King location more than 10 times, and it is one of the worst I have ever been to in terms of food taste. While service is always quite good (only been drive through) it tastes like they reuse old oil and that the food is not freshly made. More than half the time I have gone the bread is crumbly and stale which means it is old.
I suspect you have a cheap franchisee here that is not keeping stock fresh and has trained his employees to NOT throw away food as is customary to keep things fresh.
You may wonder why I have been there 10x if the food is always bad and the truth is that I really like BK and each time I visit this one (located 1 min from my house) I am optimistic that it will be better than the time before.

I am NOT a fan of Burger King to begin with but today I reluctantly tagged along for a quick lunch. Well for «fast food» it was anything but fast. We waited at the drive thru speaker for a good 2 minutes before even being adknowledged. Ordered and then waited another 2 minutes at the window. Yes this is a BIG negative for me… espeically when I need to be to class on time. The fries were SUPER hot which is a good thing. Unfortuantely the soda wasn’t completely full. The burger had entirely too much Mayo and not nearly enough cheese! I don’t know if I will be going back… although I am really curious about the new Funnel Cake Sticks…

Service is slow. Old Asian lady behind counter — speak sloooowly. Dirty inside.
Only positive — they get the order right most of the time.
