I had an excellent experience with KMack Solutions and would highly recommend. I was able to schedule an appointment with just two days notice and the technician (Kemar) came to my house and did the job on the spot (replacing my shattered iPhone screen) within just a few minutes.
Kemar not only did a flawless job but was also very gracious and sociable, and he took extra time to explain his troubleshooting steps and solutions. He also went above and beyond to examine additional electronic devices I had (old iPhones), and I was able to sell one of these to him at a negotiated price, resulting in a substantially lower overall cost for the repair, which was already a good deal compared to alternatives.
Overall, it was the most convenient possible solution I could have imagined for the repair I needed. And beyond all of that, Kemar is a good young man with strong, entrepreneurial character, and I’m proud to have supported his small business. Thank you KMack!

If you cracked your iPhone this is the guy to contact. I was able to get set up within 15 mins of leaving a message with an appt where he can out to my wife’s office and took care of the screen. He even went beyond by fixing issues with the phone from a previous hack screen replacement.
Quick and easy. Same day with 3 hours the phone was fixed.
