Possibly the only dukk bakery in the area. They have fresh dukk daily and a variety of side dishes. I wish they had more variety in dukk. It seems they have the same plain, rainbow and green ones everytime I’m there. Hmart & Lotte carry some other varieties that I wish I could get fresh.

If you need to get dduk or Korean rice cake… this is your spot. This is really the only Dduk specialty shop I know. There’s also other side items you can get here including kimchi, banchan, and kimbop, but this place specializes in a variety of dduk that includes seong-pyun and badam dduk. This stuff should be fresher than the stuff you get at an Asian grocery store. I’ve only been once since it was right next door to Nak Won Restaurant.

Korean rice cake(Dduk) bakery(for the lack of a better expression) They make fresh rice cakes daily. I like their Sweet Rice with Brown Sugar, Rainbow Dduk(steamed rice cake with three different favors), Song Pyun(rice cake balls(Dunkin Donuts’ munchikin sized) with sugar syrup inside… I like them because they are fresh made and they sell by pound, so you can mix’em and try’em all. If you don’t see the kind you like in the tray anymore but pre-packaged, don’t hesitate to ask them to open it and give you only as much you want. They will do that for you. Yes, they’re extra nice, too. Happy eating!
