We reported water damage in our basement. They were unable to schedule us for about 9 days later. Less than 24 hours before the appointment, they postponed that appointment for a week later stating they had bigger more important (and presumably more profitable jobs). The water damage in our basement was festering and our insurance agent suggested we not wait any longer. So we went with another recommended company who seemed more concerned with our situation.

Outrageously expensive. The cost of fans for 3 days and disinfectant was double my monthly mortgage on the home. Otherwise, they earn 2 stars because they did come out when called, for a flooded basement (after tenants had vacuumed up all the water). They did a professional job of inspecting and drying the space. I presume businesses can afford them, but I would not recommend them for homeowners.
