Verizon Authorized Retailer – Wireless Zone

The young man who helped me was very helpful and kind which I really appreciated, so this is in no way a reflection of his service, which was very good.
The older man, (perhaps the manager?) was rude. First he told me in a very curt manner that I needed to watch my child. I was watching her, she was gently touching the plastic phone cases on display, not being destructive or dangerous in any way. Okay, so I pull her away from them and she starts whining. He then proceeds to say «Looks like someone needs a time out» and followed that statement up by suggesting that we go wait in the car while my data transfers.
He may have been trying to help, but it came off as rude and condescending. This guy clearly has never wrangled a 2 year old in public and still somehow felt entitled to judge me. I don’t come to the Verizon store for parenting advice, THANKS.
On top of this guy being a jerk, they told me that the transfer process would take 15 minutes and it ended up taking over an hour. The whole transaction (buying the phone, transferring data) took about two hours, much longer than my previous experiences doing the same exact thing.
Don’t come here unless you like being judged for having a child and waiting for a really long time.

John helped me upgrade my phone and change my number, etc. He answered all of my questions and was very friendly. He even helped set up my phone and sign up my email address for the set up. I could have done it myself at home. After half an hour, my brand new phone was ready to use with the brand new case on. Great service.

Don’t you change my cell phone and he’ll never here, if anything, to repair. This is a used cell phone screen with a new one tricked a place that sells. There are still unscrupulous that there are places just staggering.

A class act establishment here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that will help you find the right phone and or tablet for you. If you are in the Annandale area go see David and his team.

I thought this store was great. I had a phone not under any type of warranty and insurance that had some charging issues. There was a charger at the store that seemed to work with the phone and the store let me borrow the charger until I could figure out the issue.
I went back for my upgrade a few months later and was able to find a phone with a mail in rebate for $ 100 less than the online and surrounding store price. The phone was shipped to the store within 3 business days and I was able to come pick it up.
The man who helped me was Chris. He was really knowledgeable about the store products and specs for different phones so that I could pick one that was best for me. He helped me get everything transferred over from my old phone including pictures and another sales associate put on my screen protector (first time no bubbles!).
Chris also packaged up all my rebate info and made me copies just in case and then addressed the envelope so all I had to do was add a stamp and stick it in the mail.
By far the best customer service I have ever received at a Verizon store and I love my new S4. =)
