Literally just stood oustide locked doors at 1230 am on a Saturday. The employee could be seen inside. I tried knocking and getting her attention. I was ignored. All I needed was milk. Why pay staff and claim to be 24 hours when you lock the doors and leave them unserved.

I can go into THIS STORE ANYTIME of the day or night and be treated with HIGH quality customer service. Mary Matthew Glenda Geta??, an afro American man at night and a Indian man. A newer girl not sure of her… and a few others I Do not see as often who are awesome. I have come in an observed a handsome ?? Middle Eastern man. Who I have seen several things that disturbed me… A few to mention in the last few weeks. He walks around… do not see him ?? Helping the others. Which made me think he was the owner. coffees out. hear a customer say can you please make fresh a pot of regular. and his response was it has 29 minutes left. .so he the customer says well when it’s 1.5 hours old it’s nasty and tastes burnt. The New worker? Rick says well then you can wait for 29 minutes and then I will make you a fresh pot. !!! THE COFFEE CUSTOMER SAYS HEY I COME HERE 3 TIMES A JUST FOR YOUR COFFEE AND NEVER HAVE I BEEN TOLD I HAVE WAIT. I have TO SAY I DID NOT COME FOR COFFEE this. Trip BUT I STEPPED IN AND FIRMLY SAY. I WANT MINE FRESH TOO AND I IN A RUSH AND CAN NOT WAIT 29 minutes. So being put on the spot he did comply… no need for that. He was calm not belligerent. .but still with that being said. Get your old staff back it is
.easy to loose a great customer relationships. .I will say 2 other things no name tag so I hear the customer ask his which I thought he said Rick and not helping others who lines were long. Not happy He needs a customer service course.
