pro: the store was extremely clean and organized
Con: When I walked in the store here were 3 sales associates and only one other customer, one customer was being helped by one associate one employee was assisting a customer. As my mother and I walked inside we were not greeted or even acknowledged with a head nod. So we looked around for the products I know l already wanted to purchase, the eros arrow ring wrap and the Jordan beaded bangle. I then continued to look around trying to find the ring and bracelet. I thought it was pretty obvious I was serious about buying something because I was browsing and going back and forth to the rings and bangles and trying them on. Then I even stated aloud «I wonder if they have the Eros ring and the bangle I am looking to buy.» To no avail, still no assistance. So a couple of minutes go by and I am unable to find the bangle and the particular ring I want. Then another customer comes in and she is greeted and assisted. I then realize the 2 customers that are being helped are Caucasian while my mother and I are African American. Maybe the associates think we do not have money to purchase or will not purchase because of our complexion. However, that is not the case.
Now let me say this… I hate when people pull the race card and I have done that once or twice in my life. But I can not think of any other reason why we were ignored whereas we walked in with the same smiles as the other customer that walked in after us. Regardless, I do not intend on going there again and I hope they can acknowledge everyone that enters their store.

Friendly employees and great jewelry at great prices. They make bracelets that help support a lot of great organizations. There is nothing bad I can say about this place.

I actually have not jumped on the Alex & Ani bandwagon myself but I did go here to get a gift for my friend. This is an easy place to shop because the staff is warm and engaging and the products are neat and inexpensive. With such a great experience here it took all of the self-​control I had to not buy a few bangles for myself especially given that I love how easy they are to get on and off.
If you are super lucky there is street parking right outside. Otherwise, the parking garage is right around the corner.

I can’t say anything bad about this store. Let’s see! The store is too cute! I am big on the how I am greeted when I enter a store, and this store passed the test! Let me explain why this is important for me!!! My appearance can ward off some people if they are not open minded especially if I am in an area where I am not the norm. I was not treated subpar! They treated me with the same respect and quickness every other person received walking through their doors. I was so indecisive, and she did not make me feel bad for pulling various items. She even helped me stay on budget my tallying up items! I will drive almost 40 miles to patronize this store again! Customer service was excellent and every piece I wanted was there! The gallery is beautiful!

A clean and organized Alex and Ani store that you should definitely try out if you like the brand. The staff is great and always super nice and helpful.
