On top of the over priced merchandise and a horrible return policy, they have very rude staff that are worried more about closing the store than helping customers. Stay away!

Middle of the road. I’m a plus-​sized woman, so let’s be honest, 90% of the clothing here will never fit me, no matter how much weight I lose or how much I work out. SO, I buy accessories. Lots of accessories.
I love the basics — scarves, socks, legwarmers, terry wristbands, nailpolish, lip balm. An occasional shrug. Everything else doesn’t fit, or isn’t special enough to pay crazy prices. So that’s it.
If the company were sensitive enough to the needs of fashionable plus-​sized patrons with $$$ to spend, then I’d be happy to shop more. I’m even ok with the Return/​Exchange policy, because only once have I bought something where I ended up realizing it was a mistake on a final sale item but gifted it instead of raising an issue.
The staff at Annapolis has been super nice and entertaining to me ever since I’ve been a custie, so I can’t complain about their great service… they try very hard to make me happy regardless if it’s just a pair of socks or if it’s 3 scarves I’m purchasing. I wish the rest of the company were this conscientious across all facets of their business… was not so thrilled with mail-​order recently, so I’ll just stick with this retail location for now until they give me a reason not to.

This store is not for average sized people lol if you are insecure you will leave feeling fat everything runs small in size and its def not the store for anyone who isnt in shape … its either your in shape or anorexia NOT TO put a size on things but if you aren’t one of the two steer clear unless your getting sunglasses, scarf, watch, or a duffle bag lol
