I have to hand it to Dr. Goldstein for prescribing a routine that greatly reduced an unexpected outbreak of adult acne. That’s worth five stars.
Unfortunately, it is very difficult to get an appointment at this practice, and the hours are during most people’s workdays. When I have managed to get an appointment, it has been a hurried consultation to get a prescription in my hand and to get me out the door — but not before a receptionist looks up from her phone just to remind me that I have a $ 35 copay.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had in a doctors office. My daughter had a simple wart to be removed and they insisted on five visits to remove it. Five visits at $ 35 copay per visit made it a very expensive wart removal. Every appointment we arrived on time and had to wait at least 20 minutes to be seen. On one instance we arrived at 8:50 for a 9:00am appointment and were told the appointment was at 9:50 and we would have to wait an hour and then the usual 20 minutes. No effort was made during our experiences to expedite waiting times or the number of appointments. I really feel they are about making money not providing high quality medical care. This practice does not understand customer service and I would not recommend it.

My full body scan for skin cancer is going to be a regular event for me. My history of tanning and family members with skin cancer put me at high risk. This office is clean. The staff was very friendly. My doctor was efficient, curtious, and caring. I’ll be back to keep my health in check. I just wish the bathrooms didn’t require a key. It’s a bit silly.

I had a cyst on my back shoulder that has bothered me for years, but it started to hurt occasionally, so I set out to find a dermatologist to treat it. I found ADC, and called to schedule a consultation. I was given an appt with Dr. Petrie. ADC calls you a day or 2 before each appt to remind you of it – great for feeble minds! Dr. Petrie has great bedside manner, as does his assistant (Lacey, I believe) who was very sweet. Both were calm and careful, and really put me at ease. Even while Dr. Petrie excised my cyst, and removed a mole (cosmetic reason), he chatted with me and let me know what was happening (since I was completely numb). The front desk staff is always very friendly and prompt, and they didn’t mind looking all through their schedule to find an appt that worked best for me. The entire facility is clean, updated, and organized. I’ve found a partner to take care of my skin for life!
