Long telephone hold times to a call center, long waiting room visits, same day appointments usually not offered, child never sees the same physician upon visits and they charge fees for your medical records.
Better luck and treatment at RightTime in minimal time frame.

Update: I had an appointment to bring my 2 and 4 year olds for vaccinations and I mistakenly came to the Annapolis office when I’d made their appointment at the Crofton office. I completely spaced and when I checked in at the Annapolis office one of the nurses politely made me aware of my mistake. I would’ve been ok with rescheduling as this was 100% my fault, but they made room for me anyway. There was no attitude, no eye rolling, no judgement and no difference at all in the way I was treated. All of the staff was just as gracious as they were every other time I had come. I can’t thank the staff here enough for being so professional. As parents, we make mistakes, we aren’t perfect and we have a lot on our plates and the folks at Annapolis pediatrics understand that. I’m a fan for life! I will continue to bring my kids here no matter the distance I have to travel because the service is that outstanding! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I just moved my kids to this doctor’s office and 3 appointments and 3 visits later I can firmly say that I’m a fan! The wait times are minimal, they have ample staff, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, they have set hours for walk-​Ins and you can get an appointment very soon after you call (not months later like at their old doctor’s office). I love the service, love the people, love the way they run the business, I just love it. Great job Annapolis Pediatrics staff! You guys rock!

I cannot say enough about my daughters core Pediatricians Dr. Rice and Dr. Conrad! My daughter is 3.5 and both Docs have always provided high quality Healthcare and continuity of care. My daughter was very ill for about the first 1.5 of life. We were in the office almost every 2 weeks sometimes every week during this time frame with multiple ER Visits and specialist at Hopkins. These Docs truly care and are thoughtful and diligent when diagnosing. As a former ped pharma rep this office is big and there are several doctors with multiple offices but somehow I never feel like I’m 1 of thousands of patients. Today Dr. Rice who was only working ½ day still managed to peep his head in and speak with me about my daughter. Dr. Conrad was so patient with my stubborn daughter and getting to the bottom of the issue. I really like the 24 hour nursing staff that can talk about issues. I’m hard to please and I just love annapolis peds. Sharion is our go to nurse assigned to us when issues get complicated and she is always responsive. We are blessed.

As a first time mom I’m impressed! I’m super over protective of my little one so I’ve been here quit often for extra precaution. Really patient and professional staff. Really clean, convenient hours and locations. The ONLY complaint i had is one of the male doctors (forgot his name). Put his finger in my baby’s mouth to check for a tooth without gloves. I was about to grab his hand. That little snag won’t keep me from this practice.
It’s an Asian nurse on staff who’s the best ever. She’s really knowledgeable and great with the vaccines.
