Mind – changed! I may just have visited this location on an off day, because my first experience was nothing like all the others… so, I stand corrected. I’ve been here at least 5 times now, and each experience keeps getting better. Highly recommend their cappuccino and chai latte. One cup(two in my case) and the cappuccino buzz hits the spot. If you’re craving something more spiced and smooth, with a little less buzz, the chai latte is it! There is also a plethora aka«GREATWALL» of locally-flavored or exotic teas to choose from. Maybe even pair your drink with a lox panini or some craft marshmallows? Yum! Lastly, but not least: shoutout to the awesome service! Seriously. Smiles all around — almost picks you up like a cup of espresso. It also tickles me that they offer free brewed coffee and tea to any military service member, police, and EMS, as long as you’re in uniform. I think I’m in love… Or addicted?

They have 6 coffees to choose from 2 decaf, 2 flavored, and 2 regular. They also make breakfast and lunch sandwiches. There are plenty if beans and teas to buy and brew at home as the name inplies.

I love the coffee, the staff and the set up here, but the WiFi is just not dependable if you’re actually trying to get work done. I’ve been here on different days at different times and it randomly will cut off for a few minutes and then come back online. I can’t work from here with undependable internet, worrying about the internet dropping and then taking additional time to reconnect. If I’m just coming for a cup of coffee, this place is great, but won’t be coming back to get work done which is usually why I visit coffee shops.

Tea selection is great and food is excellent quality and taste. Gluten Free and decaf iced tea! Can’t get any better.

Best coffee in Annapolis! Great atmosphere and I love their offerings. Staff is friendly, but they seem to need a little more education on the menu and the food. Tables and sugar/creamer stand aren’t always clean. Usually a little messy. But I’m usually coming in just for the coffee anyway.

Good coffee, good service, friendly staff, and a frequent customer card that gives a free drink every tenth purchase. They also have a good mix of sandwiches, packaged food and retail. Try the Snow Angel or the Breakfast Blend brewed coffee.

Top quality product. The coffee is excellent; so good that I resent having to go to Starbucks when I’m not near a Baltimore Coffee & Tea location. The staff is usually good. Sometimes, there are snappy or condescending staff who may not be happy to deliver decent customer service, but it seems like the management is paying attention and handling those situations. The build out is nice, warm & roomy. Such a great to enjoy a solid cup of coffee!

Decent coffee and bagel/sandwich place. I love supporting local businesses and the little guy, so enjoyed stopping in here. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the coffee was good, but the girl behind the counter wasn’t very helpful with the questions I had about food. I would come back again, but I really would like to LOVE this place.

As someone who prides myself on supporting local businesses(in this case, somewhat local one with four stores), I was a frequent customer at the Baltimore Coffee & Tea Company Annapolis location until my last visit. After ordering a small latte in a medium cup(which I do at every coffee shop I go to without issue), the cashier gave me a look. I told her I was happy to pay for the difference in the cup size to which she asked snidely, «Well why do you think people do that?» Well, I don’t know why people in general do anything, but I do this because I want room in my cup. Specifically on that afternoon I was on my way to the gym and the drink sloshes around a bit in the car and if there isn’t room in the cup not only does my console get wet, so does the treadmill that I’m walking on. The reason I go to specialty coffee shops(and pay $ 3-$ 5 for a latte) is so that I can order a uniquely made drink and enjoy the ease of this specialized experience. I certainly don’t pay this premium to be challenged by someone about my drink order. I will no longer be a customer at the Annapolis location at the Baltimore and Tea Company. There are many other coffee shops in the area that offer a much more enjoyable experience.

My love for Baltimore Coffee and Tea grows and grows with each visit. From the quality sammies to the tasty chais and assortment of bevvies, there’s really nothing else you could want… yet, they find a way to provide it. The assortment of locally-made products(everything from tea and coffee to Mouth Party Caramel and Popsations), it’s THE perfect place to stock up on thoughtful presents for friends and family, or even for yourself. To top it off, the serve here is always 100% awesome and the location is über spacious and conducive to meetings and/or hours on your laptop. When I’m in Annapolis, this is one one of the places I really enjoy setting up shop. Thanks for being so awesome, Baltimore Coffee and Tea Company. You rock!

Hands down the best coffee in Annapolis. First off the place is huge on the inside. Coffee sits out in bean-bags for you to sample and they boast a large selection of tea and coffee accessories that you can purchase as well. The coffee itself is well brewed and less bitter and burnt than the Starbucks or City Dock offerings. They also offer very cheap refills on drip or iced coffee while you’re sitting the shop enjoying the free wifi and nifty coffee bean tables. The specialty drinks are equally good with a variety of interesting latte flavors to choose from. They offer a small assortment of refrigerated salads and sandwiches along with baked goods to snack on. All together a great place to sit down with a nice cup of coffee and spend some time.

This has got to be one of the best coffee shops I have ever been to. The staff is wonderful and the coffee is as well. I like the atmosphere and would spend just about any day sitting here sipping joe and reading.

If there were more places like this around Starbucks would go out of business. This is a place where you can actually get a decent cup of coffee or latte or whatever else and have room to sit down and relax or talk with someone. It is most definitely NOT the crowded, rushed and small cubby holes that Starbucks calls a «coffee shop». Not only do they serve decent coffee here, they also have real, whole beans that are nicely displayed to look at and smell. Lots of good sandwiches and tasty treats. It’s not the cheapest by a long shot but the overall friendliness of the staff and ambiance of the shop more than make up for the expense. Plenty of parking, too.

This coffee place is huge as well as their coffee bean selection. They also offer various tea brands as well. Indoor & outdoor seating with free WIFI.

I like this place for casual business meetings. The space is abundant, I’ve never had trouble finding a table, and the noise level is generally pretty quiet. Also a great place to stretch out with the Sunday paper. The coffee is good, but the food is not great. I’ve tried the soups, the sandwiches, and the muffins and have not been impressed by any of them. But I still like the place for what is – a coffee shop — not a restaurant.

I really really enjoy this spot and I feel others overlook it because there are so many quick coffee places in the area. If you’re looking for a cozy place to get something to eat and have a latte, this is your spot(not to mention, free wifi). The smell is amazing, and there are bulk beans that you can scoop yourself and bring home. There are always adorable gifts, teas, mugs and chocolates. They have made to order breakfasts, and sandwiches as well as the usual coffee shop sweets. Try their Harbor Ham & Swiss!

Meh coffee. No sign of fair trade anything and the quality certainly isn’t close to single origin. No pourovers or hipster baristas. People are too friendly here and the coffee quality just isn’t anything special.

Excellent array of coffee options with many blends offered with caffeine or caffeine free. Friendly knowledgeable staff who are always pleasant and always able to answer a question, about a blend or a tea. Free wifi, 6 hot coffee options, with their daily option, a lot better than pikes place every single day, boring!

Love the coffee! The Almond Joy is probably my favorite. This is one of my favorite places to get local gifts for the holidays. They have a HUGE selection of coffee and tea and beverage making kitchenware. They have tea from the Eastern Shore Tea Co, so if you’re into local stuff They are like a regular coffee shop with food, coffee and snacks. You can shop the store or connect to their wifi and get some work done. They have ALOT of seating for a coffee shop, so this is a great place to get together with a group of friends. As for their coffee, they have a limited selection of REAL coffee ie coffee that isn’t infused with flavors like orange, raspberries and other fruits that I don’t think belongs in coffee. Their Sumatra Mandeling is probably my favorite from this place. Not really a coffee connoisseur type of a place. But a great place if you like froffy coffee. The nice thing about this place is that they have frequent buyer program and where for every ¼ lb of coffee you buy you get a stamp on a card. collect 20 and you get 1lb of coffee for free. They also had a Groupon last and I hope to see another this year. Free stuff, specials and sales will always earn an extra star from me.
