I got a Val Pack coupon for these guys that looked professional. However, after making me wait for 2 hours outside my window, Bob arrived at 7 without calling. We found him smoking cigarettes in our townhouse parking lot. Apparently he needed to pick his mother up from dialysis in his work truck. Him and his co-​worker showed up filthy and smelled like booze. They then ‘cleaned the carpet.’ My house now smells like the dirty carpet I had, but wet dirty carpet. It says on his invoice ‘FREE Green Steam Fresh Scent added to carpet.’ My carpet smells more like feet than it does anything else. He also tried to charge me $ 10 more than his quote and $ 75 for a ‘pet enzyme.’ I said no since I wasn’t convinced at this point that the water was even turned on. I’m glad I declined. I just threw $ 50 and a Friday night out the window.
I also did not trust these people in my house at all.
