Worst haircut ever. Asked for a trim because I have shoulder length hair, and walked out with a bob. 3 AND A HALF INCHES WERE CUT OFF WHEN I ASKED FOR 1 AT THE MOST. absolutely ridiculous and terrible service. Messy salon, relaxed & lazy workers. Not impressed and will never return. Would not recommend.

I have gone to so many over-​priced, snobby salons in Annapolis and keep coming back to Bubbles. They are convenient, affordable, and they always do a great job. I saw Stephanie today for the first time and she cut my hair exactly like the pictures I showed her (contemporary long bob). She was friendly, professional and honest, and took the time to educate me about my hair. I will definitely be going back to see her. The receptionist (didn’t catch her name) was also very friendly, professional and made me smile. Great experience overall!

My first time there and Brenda did a great job on my hair cut. I will return to see her again.

The 5 stars are not for Bubbles… but my AMAZING stylist Jamie! I have been going to her since 2006 and have never had a bad haircut. If you have ever had an experience where you go to someone, show them a picture of the haircut you want and tell them EXACTLY what you are looking for… and then come out with a total crap haircut… you will appreciate when you find someone like Jamie… who actually LISTENS to what you are looking for. She checks with you if you are okay with the length and doesn’t go chopping happy on her own. She listens to what you want, she is very knowledgeable about hair and will provide suggestions based on her experience… but will not just do it before she checks with you to see if you would be okay with what she is suggesting.
Some stylists feel like they have to keep talking while they cut hair and can’t handle silence and get too distracted while cutting hair. Jamie is okay with not talking the whole time because her first priority is making sure she is cutting the hair like you want. Not to say that she doesn’t talk at all… she does… but not at the expense of your hair.
She gets booked pretty fast and way in advance… but she goes out of her way to fit you in somehow. She’s come earlier than her scheduled time, has stayed after she was supposed to be off… just to fit me in her schedule.
She is crazy enough to give me her cell number… and I’ve sent her pictures randomly to see if a particular cut would look good on me… and she just takes the time to respond back on her personal phone and give me feedback! She is super sweet and amazing personally and definitely professionally. I would follow her wherever she goes!

I came to Bubbles for the first time to get an updo. I left very happy with the style and received a lot of compliments. It was not really what I had been planning to get and I felt like the stylist had her own ideas about what she wanted to do, but I did not bring a photo so she only had my description to go on. I appreciated that I was told how much it would cost (the price is variable for updos) after the consultation but before she started styling. I left happy, so I would definitely go back!

After getting a chop job done at another salon I needed someone to help me recover and heal my hair. Glad I tried Bubbles. My stylist was Stephanie and she did a great job not only on the cut, but also educating me on how to keep my hair looking good in between visits. Although there was some product pushing, I felt that she tailored the sell according to my hair’s needs. I did buy one product for using with my flat iron and I do like how it works. My hair looks great and I will go back again.
