I picked Carpetronex after reading a couple of very positive reviews right here on Unilocal.Those people clearly had a very different experience than I did. The reviews which I read indicated that they can handle oriental rugs and pet stains, which is exactly what I needed done. The guy came out exactly on time, came right in, and got to work promptly. This was good. However, he spent less than 30 minutes on the job, and then left when it was not properly finished. When my partner tried to tell him that the job was not done, he became very rude with her. That is completely unacceptable. I would have given two stars if the guy had been polite and apologetic about being unable to eliminate that stain. I would also have been willing to pay an up-charge if he had said that our job was more difficult than other jobs, so long as he had put the work in. Dough did none of those things. He left an incomplete job and was rude.

We have used this in home carpet cleaning service for years. They are personable, reliable, efficient and effective. I use them both for wall to wall carpet and rugs including orientals. One year our old dog had many accidents. Carpetronex came out immediately and got the spots out before they became permanent stains. This is a hard working company you can trust.
