Customer service goes a long way. Attended a birthday party here and my daughter dropped her coins and tickets behind a game. I asked the front if I could borrow a broom to sweep the tokens out. One of the young ladies gladly grabbed a broom and helped us retrieve the tokens. Thank You! :) Our evening was complete with more fun and games!!!

New to town and I have avoided this place just because of the bad reviews. After being cooped up in the house with the blizzard, we just needed to go out. I am so glad we did. This has some of the best chuck E cheese food I’ve ever had(and I am not normally a fan). Place was clean and games were working. A repairman was even changing light bulbs on a games while we are here. It is a smaller location. This place is tucked into a corner with little signage, that’s my gripe. Will keep it in my back pocket when we need to get out.

Regardless of any review you read, keep in mind, this is Chuck E. Cheese. My six year old daughter and I usually frequent this place when my guy is watching Sunday football. It’s next door to a popular sports restaurant chain, so it works out for us. This establishment is clean. The employees are accommodating. The place does, however, have its fair share of out-of-order games, but you make do. If you need a place to keep the kids busy on a rainy day or an extremely hot or cold day, this place is a sure thing.

My son loves this place above all others. Also, a member of their staff was extra helpful and friendly to me. A good place to try out.

I mean it’s Chuck E Cheese’s… No normal adult’s favorite place. But as far as locations go, this is one of the best I’ve been to. It’s never so crowded that I feel like my little ones will get lost or trampled. It’s been a chill environment every time I’ve come and trust me, that’s been a lot. When I must go to CEC this is my preferred location.

Came all the way here to visit family and it just happened to be my nephew’s birthday, we took him and a couple of his friends here for a little. The food was pretty good but it felt like the whole place was really dirty to me and that they don’t clean the games or at least sanitize the whole place after a whole day of people touching them.

This location was a lot smaller than most I’ve been to. Some of the games weren’t working or didn’t give tickets. Otherwise, we didn’t have any problems. The pizza was hot and adequate. The kids liked it. It’s nothing bad but nothing great either. Our group of 3 four year olds had a blast.

Can’t leave any stars. What a shit hole. This is where poor people bring their kids so they can be entertained by bright lights and colorful screens, rather then have them read a book. Some kid threw up near the entrance. That was awesome. Made me laugh. Half the games don’t work and the other half are riddled with dirty little kids drooling over an insert coins screen, while their parents sucked down diet Pepsi by the gallon. Will never come back. My daughter has more fun at Dave and busters.

I’m here right now. I ordered the #2 value. $ 46.39 for a large pizza four sodas and 90 tokens at 2:08p. It is now 2:52 pm and still no pizza. The woman who ordered after me got her food already. …

Brought my daughter as a treat for being so patient on our trip to FedEx Kinko’s across the street. She loved all the arcade games, flashing lights, screaming kids. Had an early dinner of HOTDOG, FRUITCUP, and PASTASALAD. The hotdog was wrapped in a pizza dough that crisped to perfection. Fruit still needed a bit of time to ripen… chunks were very hard to eat. And the pasta salad was not edible at all. Great place for a quick trip but don’t have your kids birthday party here.

Went to a birthday party there. Pizza is way worse then I remember. Half the games take your money but do not work. The game room is tiny. This is a dead franchise that is not trying to be progressive at all. There are much better places to take your kids for a party. The staff was very nice and took good care of us. Its a shame they get paid so little by a company making money off there success from twenty years ago.

It’s overall good. Prices are reasonable. They offer discounts when you purchase more tokens(E.g. $ 30.00 for 150 tokens). My kids can stay there all day. I like their salad bar.

Ok, so I’m 34 years old and really didn’t expect to have a GREAT time here in a place where little kids and human-size talking mice reign… but I did. It wasn’t the entertainment or the games. It wasn’t the food, the cake, or the watered-down juice. It wasn’t even the fact that my kids had the time of their lives for the 3 hours we were there. What made my visit special was the service. It was the personal touch, that«I care about my job and our customer» mentally that every single Chuck e Cheese employee this night demonstrated that made my time here so memorable. Specifically, Jillian was fantastic. She was the assigned hostess to our party. Due to religious reasons, we needed a few accommodations related to the«birthday» party(i.e. we didn’t want to have the b-day theme). Jillian made sure everything was to our liking, and never made it seem like we were troubling her. She was kind, courteous, prompt and professional throughout the afternoon, and made it her personal business to ensure we and our kids were having a great time. In business, one of the biggest cliché statements is that«people — not the product — make the difference.» Jillian proved to me that this is much more than some corporate statement or creed of customer service. The next time we plan a party for our kids, this Chuck E Cheese’s will be our top venue of choice.

The one star reviews are sort of dumb — what did you expect from here? Club 54? The Kennedy Center? Mann’s Chinese Theatre? It’s a solid Chuck E Cheese; we generally go in mornings and on off times. Does anyone really think it would be anything but a zoo on a weekend with all the birthday parties? Good place to play some games with kids and let them burn off some energy. Reasonable birthday parties — we did one here and it went well.

I think people are expecting a little too much out of this place. We have taken our sons 5&2 here a few times. If you go when it’s not so busy(not the weekend) it’s a good way to let them run around in a safe environment. The pizza is okay. The staff is friendly and everything is clean. Overall a good place to take young children. Its not for older children or adults to go out and expect fine dining/entertainment.

Writing this review means I have grown up… a little bit. It means I am not six years-old and no longer: –wear matching clothes with my little brother –get my picture taken at Sears portrait studio four times a year –think Ronald Reagen would be a good stand-in for my grandfather –like anything about Chuck E Cheese Hey, it was the 80’s. We didn’t have the internet or smartphones. Skee-ball and those animatronic animals playing music was cool. We didn’t know great pizza(outside of Chicago, New Haven, and New York). But we loved this crazy place we begged our parents to take us to where we could play video games, run around, drink soda and eat pizza. I always thought, «Why not dad?» Today, or at least as of two weeks ago, the future arrived with an answer to my question. It’s crowded, hot, noisy, filled with flashing lights, random beeps, needless animation, bright colors, plastic, «limited edition special one-of-a-kind» birthday medals, and that sick feeling in your stomach when you realize your parents were actually human beings with rational thoughts in their heads. I can’t compare this Chuck E to another in recent memory, so I’ll just say it’s on par with the DMV on a July afternoon when the AC is broken and you’ve forgotten a key piece of paperwork at home when you number is called. It sucks. It smells. The other people are rude. Some people actually try really hard to win these games and collect those tickets. I also got the flu a week later. Case closed.

Absolutely not! Besides the crappy pizza, half the machines either took your money or didn’t work!

I hate this place with a passion. I know what the animals at the zoo must feel like. You wouldn’t find me there outside of birthday party’s we have to go to.

It’s exactly what you’d expect from a chuck-e-cheese – nothing more, nothing less. This location has lots of space for the kids to run around and separate areas for the toddler games and the video-style games.
