This place is fantastic. I needed to have a bridesmaid dress cleaned from a wedding where there had been plenty of food spilled on it. The dress was pricey, so I was really hoping that all of the stains would come out. The dry cleaners that I originally took it to said that they couldn’t get the stains out because they didn’t want to compromise the fabric. After find Clock Tower Cleaner online and reading positive reviews, I decided to give it a shot, and I am so glad that I did. I showed them my dress, they knew exactly what the stains were without me telling them, told me the price upfront, and had a very quick (3 day) turnaround. When I picked it up, the price was as stated and my dress was flawless. I am so happy with my experience there that I highly recommend this cleaners to anyone looking for quality and knowledgeable staff.

I went here to get two suits dry cleaned, and a pair of jeans hemmed. The dry cleaning was fine. Convenient, affordable.
The hemming of the jeans, however, was way overpriced. They also dry cleaned the jeans without asking me, and of course charged me for that. (I wish I had said something, but I didn’t notice until after I left)
Maybe it was my own naiveté, in assuming that getting pants tailored into a different fit would be cheaper than just buying a new pair, but $ 40 later, I just want to point out that unless you are buying designer jeans, it’s not worth it.

Wonderful work! I needed my formal gown hemmed. There were three layers to the dress, so I was a bit nervous. Searched Unilocal and came across this tailor. Reasonable price ($ 55), excellent work, took less than a week! Will definitely return/​recommend.

Terrific job with expensive fabrics; I know they are pricey but it just takes one cleaner to ruin a couture suit. They will treat your clothes as they would their own — custom handling. I have been trusting them for over 25 years and will continue. They even sew buttons back if they are loose. They are not hard to find and tolerate store front parking if you are in a rush.

I recently moved to Baltimore and still make the commute to Annapolis to use these guys when I need tailoring or quality cleaning done in a hurry. Excellent service and very reasonable prices.

I’m a regular customer of this place mostly because of pure convenience to everything else in the Clock Tower Place.
They’re prices are very reasonable and they are open VERY early (0730) and closes at around 1930. This helps for those of us that work for a living and can only pick up and drop off very early or late in the day.
They do a fabulous job with tailoring although sometimes their hemming work is a bit weak. I had to take some of my trousers back for some re-​hem work. But when it comes to tailoring suits from and uniforms they do a great job.
They’re dry cleaning is very good. I have taken all sorts of silk and linen there and they have done fabulous job of cleaning and pressing them. You will not get railroad track creases.
They only do cash, Mastercard or Visa… no AMEX here.
