My son is now 5 and 2 and we continue to have good experiences with Dr. Collins and her staff. They are very oriented to treating the child in a way they understand. She accommodates the moodiest too. She has made it easy to come too. My 2 year old is having a cavity clraned and capped today and i was skeptical at first. I spoke to my pediatrician and he recommended her and i felt better about the procedure. So far great experience.(They did lose some paperwork i previously signed but made it easy to replace via photos from my phone of the documents)

We had a very bad experience with this dentist and are now switching our children’s care to someone else. Our 3 year-old son had small cavities behind his front teeth where you could not see them. Dr. Collins said that the teeth required immediate root canals or extraction. We paid over a thousand dollars out of pocket to do the root canals(our insurance wouldn’t cover it). It was a terrifying experience for our young son. But Dr. Collins messed up the procedure, leaving our son with front teeth(fake caps) that are yellow!(His real teeth were never yellow before, they were pearly white!). The dentist was embarrassed and offered to fix them again for free, which would involve another scary experience for our son(not as bad as the first time). We finally agreed to do it and they couldn’t fit us into the schedule for 3 months, and then told us we would have to pay the $ 250 fee for anesthesia during the procedure! How is that«fixing it for free»? We are very, very disappointed. We paid a lot of money and our son underwent a lot of trauma only to have the final result be a botch-up.
