From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The receptionist greeted me in a professional and courteous manner; Leslie, the estimator, was friendly and did not pressure me at all after giving me the estimate for the repair. Once I dropped off my car(very convenient using the drop box after hours), I was kept informed by email and phone calls as to the progress of the repair. While there was a delay in the timing of completion, it was because Leslie was unhappy with the color match and had the car sprayed and buffed another time until she was pleased with the final product. I appreciate an organization that takes the same amount of care with my car as I do and I respect honesty and openness when things don’t proceed exactly as planned. As an added bonus, the estimate was a bit higher than the actual cost due to the body shop being able to carefully remove and reuse an unaffected part. I will definitely be recommending Criswell Collision Center to others and, while I hope I don’t need to use them again anytime soon, I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back to them.

This is by far one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. Criswell has had my son’s car now for over 6 weeks, still with no projected completion date, for a very minor body repair. Every time I’ve called — with the exception of today — I have been given a different story: «well there are hundreds of other cars;» «we just have to get it up on the lift;» «we’re waiting to hear from the insurance company.» And, every time I call, and I’m promised a call back«right away,» or «today,» no one ever calls back. Fortunately I was able to speak with a woman named Kate today, who actually seemed to care about my problem and understand my frustration — she said she’d be sure to get back to me today(we’ll see), but still could not give me any idea when the car would be ready. If I could, I would give zero stars to Criswell Collision Center, but I guess at this point, Kate has at least earned them 1 star — what an incredibly horrible experience this has been. I’m sure that overall Criswell can’t be nearly as bad as represented by my experience, but seeing as how I only have my experience to go on, I’m going to say that I will never consider going to them again, and you shouldn’t either.

I was in an accident and took my car here to be repaired. I was told that it would take 1 week. It ended up taking over one month. I would call their staff weekly to check the status of my vehicle. I explained that I was concerned that it would take more 30 days and that my insurance would not pay for my rental for more then 30 days. I was given the run around week after week. I finally called and explained that I felt that I had been given the run around for several weeks. One of the office bimbos began to argue with me and was very rude, but I was assured that of it took more then thirty days that they would pay for my rental vehicle. On the 32nd day I decided to go into the body shop to see what was going on. Low and behold my car was ready. I just received a bill from the rental car company for the two extra dad that they had my vehicle. The body shop representative I was working with was Kevin. He said he called and left me messages saying my car was ready but this never actually happened.

In the case that you get into an accident and you take it upon yourself to purchase a new OEM bumper for yourself to get it painted. And you feel like applying the bumper yourself, don’t go to these guys because they won’t paint anything. It «opens up a can of worms» for them, apparently. Rude employees too, especially at 5:15 on a Friday evening. Must be eager to go enjoy their friday night.

I just picked up my Audi A5 from the Criswell Collision Center. It looks like it just drove off the showroom floor! Kevin was pleasant to deal with, and kept me apprised while my car was being serviced. Highly recommend them for any auto body needs.
